Appearing out of Palmetto, Florida, Penny Fountain consists of Xavier Wilkinson on lead vocals and bass, Tony Massaro on guitar, and Joel Lopez on drums. The group formed in early 2018 and have been playing around the Bradenton, Sarasota, and Tampa music scene. Tony, Joel, and Xavier all attended the same school and bonded over music for years prior to forming the band.
