Mike got his start in management with The (International) Noise Conspiracy from Sweden called upon him to tour manage their first tour of the United States. By 2006, Mike was managing full time, primarily focusing on heavy music. In 2018, Mike joined 10th Street Entertainment (Motley Crue, Five Finger Death Punch, Papa Roach, etc.) after heading Outerloop Management and it’s subsidiaries (Outerloop Records and Coaching) for more than a decade. Mike currently manages Ice Nine Kills and Solence for 10th Street Entertainment and is a partner in the podcast network Sound Talent Media. He resides in Los Angeles.

Derek Brewer is an artist manager at Shelter Music Group (Fleetwood Mac, A Perfect Circle, Godsmack, Nothingmore) in Los Angeles, CA and personally looks after Dance Gavin Dance, Veil of Maya, Volumes and more. He got his start on the east coast in DC/MD/VA during the early 2000s managing Dog Fashion Disco and co-founding Outerloop Management. Daniel McCartney is a booking/music agent at UTA (United Talent Agency) in Beverly Hills, CA and Founder/CEO of Outlast Records. Daniel currently represents Grandson, Palaye Royale, Mod Sun, Point North, Siiickbrain, Garzi and many other rock/alternative acts breaking today as well as Slay Squad who he discovered from Season One of No Cover! Daniel got his start in the business touring as the guitarist in the metalcore band Gideon. Perhaps most importantly, Daniel started the non-profit organization The Continuance Foundation with a focus on mental health for musicians.

Andy Serrao is the President of Fearless Records, owner of the Chain Reaction in Anaheim, CA and co-producer of the When We Were Young Festival in Las Vegas, NV. At Fearless, he is currently running point for the albums and release strategies of I Prevail, The Pretty Reckless, Ice Nine Kills, IDKHOW, Wage War, Pierce The Veil, Chase Atlantic and many other career artists.
